Wade has spent the major­ity of his career in pro­fes­sional sports, most recently as Senior Account Exec­u­tive with Bob­cats Sports & Enter­tain­ment.  Dur­ing his 4 sea­sons with the Char­lotte Bob­cats (and Sting!), he con­sis­tently led the team in over­all ticket sales and rev­enue.  Prior to his time in the NBA, he was Direc­tor of Sales with the Fresno Fal­cons of the ECHL.  Leaphart was instru­men­tal in bring­ing the 2006 ECHL All-Star Game to Fresno and secur­ing title spon­sor­ship.  His resume also includes stints with Sprung Instant Struc­tures, Snow­bird Ski & Sum­mer Resort and Eddie Bauer.  Wade’s nat­ural abil­ity to net­work & build rela­tion­ships, pin­point client goals, cus­tomize pack­ages and pro­vide return on invest­ment has led to a strong track record in sales.

The Uni­ver­sity of South Car­olina grad­u­ate resides in Char­lotte with his wife, Tra­cie and two sons, Owen & Carson.
